01 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the i1918 website accessible at https://i1918.com and all related digital services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account and uses the services provided by i1918.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Player on this Platform.
• "Funds" means money in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) that has been deposited, won or stored in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free money or promotional offers made available by i1918 to Players.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" means the requirement to wager a specified amount before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" covers all games, sports betting, live casino, slots and other activities offered through the i1918 Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between the Player and i1918. By performing any of the following actions, the Player is considered to have accepted these Terms in full:

• Registering a new account on the i1918 Platform
• Logging in to an existing account
• Making a first or any subsequent deposit
• Participating in any game or betting activity
• Claiming any bonus or promotion

03 Player Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the i1918 Platform, Players must meet all of the following criteria:

i1918 reserves the right to request proof of identity (including a copy of an identification card or MyKad) at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is only allowed to hold one active account on the i1918 Platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

During registration, Players are required to:

• Provide a full name that is correct and matches official identification documents
• Enter an active mobile phone number that can be contacted
• Register a valid and accessible email address
• Set a strong password for account security

Players are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. i1918 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to a Player's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

The i1918 Platform supports a range of local payment methods suited for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions:

Payment methods supported by i1918 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless stated otherwise. i1918 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal request, including identity document checks for compliance purposes.

i1918 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

i1918 offers a welcome bonus for new players of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received, and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

Additional terms relating to bonuses and promotions:

• Each player is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or sold to another Player
• i1918 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any misuse or abuse
• Other promotions offered from time to time have their own specific terms which will be stated in the relevant promotion details
• i1918 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice

07 Game Rules

All games available on the i1918 Platform, including slots from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI, live casino games, sports betting and table games, are operated according to their respective rules as set by the game developers and licensors.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating. i1918 is not responsible for losses caused by a Player's failure to understand how a particular game works.

Should any technical fault or system disruption occur while a game is in progress, i1918 reserves the right to:

• Cancel the round or bet in question
• Restoring the account balance to the state before the technical incident occurred
• Suspending the game until the system is fully restored

Game results generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

08 Player Conduct

Players are required to act responsibly and with integrity when using the i1918 Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to gain an advantage in games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results or exploit bonuses
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions solely to meet wagering requirements with no intention to play
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through unlawful means
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Any attempt to access the Platform's internal systems or databases without authorisation

09 Account Suspension & Closure

i1918 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account without prior notice if:

• The Player is found to have violated any term in this document
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• The Player is unable to verify their identity or age when requested
• The account is found to be a duplicate or multiple account belonging to the same individual

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, any remaining balance including deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation committed.

10 Limitation of Liability

i1918 does not guarantee that the Services will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that they will meet the specific needs of every Player. To the extent permitted by law, i1918 is not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from technical disruptions or temporary system downtime
• Any third-party actions that affect a Player's account
• Financial losses resulting from betting or game decisions made by the Player
• Internet disruptions or device issues that prevent access to the Platform

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make.

11 Amendment of Terms

i1918 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legislative changes or platform policies. Any material amendments will be communicated to Players via:

• A notification within the Platform during the next login session
• Notice via the registered email address
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page with a new "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the i1918 Platform after the effective date of such amendments is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which i1918 operates its licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the licensor.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
